HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests,

Welcome!

Heritage Hotel Lumbarda team would like to acquaint you with the house rules so that your stay in our Hotel will be pleasant.

For all other additional information please speak to our Front Office Manager.

GENERAL

Heritage Hotel Lumbarda is operational from May 2 until October 31 each year, but accommodation can be provided during other periods, upon request.

Accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

INDOOR

The hotel is completely furnished and decorated; we would therefore like it to be that way when you leave.

Please be careful with our furniture and do not touch or move the art and paintings.

Please do not take any furniture, linen, and towels out of the house and into the garden.

Make sure you understand how to use any electrical equipment that you are not familiar with and don’t change any existing settings. Manuals for any devices and equipment, or instructions on how to properly use them can be provided by the Front desk manager, so please contact him/her for help.

When leaving the hotel rooms please lock the doors, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning) and turn off the taps.

Please do not smoke inside. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Due to the terraced nature of the hotel exterior, some areas are not secured and are used at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by relevant adults at all times!

Please be careful with our greenery. There is a gardener who takes care of the garden on a daily basis.

Keep in mind that the island of Korčula and the rest of Dalmatia are areas of high fire risk, especially during the summer months.

SWIMMING POOL

Our pools are not supervised. The depth of the pool is 1.40 m.

Use the swimming pool on your own responsibility.

Please keep the children the under constant supervision of a relevant adult.

Please do not use glasses, glass bottles, and other sharp and breakable items near the pool area, for safety reasons.

There is a daily and weekly pool cleaning schedule.

DAMAGE AND INJURY

You are personally responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel, its furniture, artwork, and outside area, either by yourself or the persons you are responsible for.

Contact us as soon as possible to declare it.

You are also responsible for your personal belongings.

In case of personal injury, you should always contact your own insurance company and Front desk manager. The hotel cannot be held responsible but are available if you need help.

CLEANING

Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning (which includes the making of beds, washing-up, emptying of bins, and tidying).

Towels can be changed on request.

Please let us know in advance if you wish to arrange an additional cleaning service or linen change at the reception.

Other services are also available on request, in agreement with the Reception.

Please, treat our staff kindly and with respect.
